Our
Pennsylvania State Repository Research Package is our most popular and affordable package and costs $375 (which includes travel, parking, and digital copies of any applicable documents found.)
The Pennsylvania State Repository Research Package includes complete sweeps of pertinent resources at both the Pennsylvania State Archives and Pennsylvania State Library
for one surname in one county.
Please
contact us with details about your research subject and the Pennsylvania county applicable to your search. If we believe we can assist you, you will receive by email a synopsis of our research plan and an invoice which you can pay by check or PayPal.
Research begins upon receipt of payment. Completion of the research and delivery of your final research report generally takes six to eight weeks.
Research By the Hour
Our
hourly research rate, as of January 1, 2020, is $60 per hour, payable in advance by check (preferred) or PayPal.
Discounts are applied to projects five hours in length or longer. Discounted rates are as follows:
- 5 to 10 hours of research: $55 per hour (most popular choice)
- 11 or more of research: $50 per hour
This rate includes local travel to state archives and state library, parking, facility entrance fees, a final report, and emailed digital images of any results found.

Record Retrieval
The fee for individual Pennsylvania
genealogy record searches (
ex: obituary where date of death is known, estate record search, deed, birth register search,
church records, etc.) is
$50 and includes travel to Pennsylvania State Archives and Pennsylvania State Library, parking, and digital images of any documents found.
